First, rest assured all previous order data is securely stored. If you have a corporation in your account, the most efficient way to proceed would be for you to onboard your corporation from your account. Due to our new platform and recent government information requirements, customers need to onboard their corporation as there is some information that we do not possess (DOB, ISC, ID requirements for some jurisdictions, among others).
If you need to access it immediately, we can escalate and assist you but you will still need to provide the new information.
